Why is ResiGo also available as a Freeware ?
We would like to give small hotels and boarding houses with a small number of rooms as well as seasonal guest houses the opportunity to use a hotel software. Perhaps you can recommend ResiGo to a colleague?
Why do other programs require high fees for training and installation and ResiGo does not?
A great deal of our competitors employ distributors to sell their software. Also other programs often contain many features that are required by larger hotel chains but which make work more difficult for small or middle sized hotels. Furthermore, ResiGo guides you through the installation with a set up wizard. All important functions are documented in flash – demo´s and our support / FAQ page answers all your important questions. A hotel software should take work off your shoulders and not make things more difficult for you with complicated and unnecessary functions.
Why is ResiGo available also as a Freeware?
We would also like to make it possible for small hotels and boarding houses with less rooms, or seasonal guest houses to make use of our software. Perhaps you can recommend ResiGo to a colleague?
Is there a support team for ResiGo?
We have a detailed Support / FAQ – page which is constantly being enlarged by your topical questions. Flash – demo´s exist for all functions. Gladly we would also take on any e-mail requests. You can avoid problems by means of a regular back up. With an existing back up you are able to load the program onto another computer within 5 minutes.
Is ResiGo being developed further and adapted to legal regulations?
Of course ResiGo is continuously under further development. The new functions that are added are determined by the suggestions of our clients. We can only offer an excellent software that is easy to use if we listen to the wishes of hotel professional. They and not our programmers know what is required. Also new legal regulations will be incorporated into ResiGo by us as soon as possible.
